About the Maker

Wildfish Cannery elevates traditional Alaskan seafood preservation into a craft art form, processing wild catches by hand in Klawock, Alaska. Operating in the state's oldest canning community, they partner directly with small-boat fishermen who utilize sustainable, deeply responsible harvesting methods. They reject high-volume factory processing, choosing to smoke every single harvest over natural alderwood fires before hand-packing each tin with pure sea salt. The result is an exceptionally rich, shelf-stable delicacy that brings the untamed, pristine flavor profiles of the North Pacific straight to your pantry.
