Shipping policy
We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (3-5 business days at peak times). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
Weather Implications: If there are extreme temperatures, we reserve the right to delay shipments to ensure the quality of the product in which case you will be notified.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Local Pickup: If you’re nearby, you can choose local pickup at checkout (when available). You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup at your selected location.
Damages & Lost Packages: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@corkvt.com if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Cork is not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we’ll do everything we can to help you track it down and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
