Villa Jerada - Za'atar

Warm, savory, deep: there’s simply no end to the layers of flavor in our Za’atar, a blend of the most carefully sourced hyssop, sumac, sesame, olive oil, and sea salt. Sprinkle it atop labne or whipped feta before scooping with warm pita, toss it with chickpeas and bake until crisp, or use it as the first ingredient in your house salad dressing (but make extra, you’ll want extra).
