Serving suggestions

Use it anywhere you'd use kosher salt. Surya is denser, so start with 1 tsp for every 1½ tsp of Diamond Crystal. Finish soft-boiled eggs, grilled fish, sliced tomatoes or chocolate chip cookies with a pinch, or mix it with chilli and sumac to rim a margarita glass.
