Serving suggestions

Bloom it in ghee or coconut oil before adding dal, curry or rice, and add a splash of water to simmer out any raw edge. Stir it into scrambled eggs or tofu scramble, whisk it into golden milk, or dust it over roasted cauliflower with cumin and lemon. A few cracks of black pepper alongside always helps.
