Lady Joseph crafts extraordinarily thin, elegant artisan crackers in Spain’s famed La Rioja region using a family baking tradition that spans four generations. They completely reject industrial steel rollers in favor of using slow, traditional stone mills to grind their nutritious flours. The all-natural dough is left to rest patiently for 12 hours before being baked at low temperatures to lock in its natural nutrients and archive a remarkably crisp crunch.
